MUSICAL SPELLING

Short mini-course reserved for those who have no knowledge in reading music.

Often, one plays and writes by ear and inevitably encounters obstacles related to the need for essential knowledge in music notation.

With this course, even those who have never written a note will be able to better understand music spelling and syntax and grasp all the contents of the Membership.

ULTIMATE HARMONY 1

The fundamentals of modern functional harmony.

The only way to build and increase one's harmonic-cultural baggage.

Knowing the basics of music harmony is synonymous with freedom: freedom to choose, compose, change, evolve, analyze, and use all the harmonic colors that best suit one's taste (classical, pop, rock, metal, funk, jazz, etc.).

ULTIMATE HARMONY 2

Advanced Tonal Harmony, Modal Harmony, and Negative Harmony.

Harmony is a language in its own right and, as such, should be treated.

Every language has its vocabulary, and this course delves into all topics related to functional tonal harmony.

You will also study the basics and developments of modal harmony, which has been widely used today in many subgenres of popular music and has been a key aspect of classical music since the early 20th century.

To speak well, one must have good rhetoric, and the only way to achieve this is to expand your harmonic vocabulary to elevate your freedom to the highest levels in all the music you compose.

ULTIMATE MELODY

The FIRST COURSE ever dedicated explicitly to melody.

Born from the mistakes and challenges associated with melodic construction.

Writing a melody is a bit like speaking. Many have an improvised approach to melody writing, believing it to be merely the result of a spontaneous factor.

Not!

Melody hides a world within itself and can be constructed step by step... It's probably the most important aspect of music, the 'alive' aspect.

What do you do if melodies "don't come to you?"

You'll surely be forced to stop if you don't know the techniques.

ARRANGEMENT ORGANIZATION

Writing an arrangement requires organization.

Many believe that writing an arrangement is simply a matter of picking up pen and paper, turning on their computer, and proceeding with trial and error.

WRONG!

Improvisation is just one of many elements that make up the creative process.

What do you do if you rely solely on improvisation without reasoning about your writing?

You will only get what you want if you know the tricks to make your pre-writing process effective and fast.

Arrangement Organization is the FIRST COURSE ever explicitly dedicated to organizing the work of the arranger/composer.

The creative process is everything and must be nurtured!

ULTIMATE INSTRUMENTATION

You cannot color the music if you do not know the musical instruments. Instrumentation is more than just necessary... it's MANDATORY!

Knowing the instrumentation means having an infinite palette of colors at your disposal, allowing you to express every creative aspect to the fullest. Some composers/arrangers rely solely on what they hear in a DAW or need better knowledge of musical instruments... this is a very frustrating aspect! You may have a beautiful idea but don't know how to color it, interrupting your creative process.

Instrumentation makes your music unique.

Learn all the colors... the more colors you know, the more professional and valid your music will be.

Everything can be colored, and the course will help you do it professionally and advancedly. It includes practical examples of scores from the past and present and exercises to strengthen your writing and practice.
